Horrible Customer Service and Complex software
Every time you call to get support you wait on hold for someone to answer for 20+ minutes. Anyone that works in healthcare knows that you don't have that knd of time. It's unreal. The customer support once you get to a higher level are extremely rude and if the software wasn't so complex maybe there call center wouldn't be so busy and they wouldn't have overworked rude staff.
User's recommendation: My recommendation is to choose a different EMAR system. I recommend ECP.

Forgot 4 digit code to electronically sign
Cant get my 4 digit code to be able to finish charting. On hold forever and then left my number with no return call back.

too long to wait for pressing issues with PCC required for timely nursing documentation. still on hold over 15 minutes, while nurses wait . Neurocheck assessment is not opening the next sections, only the first.

Under skilled nursing assessment the STNA info about toileting and transfer assistance should auto populate and it does not there is not an easy feature to show whos on anticoagulation therapy
